Nylon Tyre Cord Fabrics (NTCF) are used as reinforcements in tyres to offer them strength and sturdiness . they supply shape to the tyres and support the load of the vehicle. they're designed to stay tyres running longer and have significant effect on the performance of the tyres.
Application : All categories of tyres – Bus and truck, light commercial vehicle, passenger car, special tyre for aircraft, agriculture, two-wheeler, OTR including Bicycle tyres
POLYESTER TYRECORD FABRICS
Polyester Tyre Cord Fabrics are used as tyre reinforcement materials and are used to maintain the tires in shape and guide the burden of the automobile, which has a vast impact on tire overall performance. Nylon has high energy and extremely good fatigue resistance. However, because of the low glass transition temperature and occasional modulus, this isn't appropriate for high speed packages. However, polyester is advanced to nylon tyre twine on this regard and is preferred to radial and excessive velocity tyres.
